The UWF Argonauts will play their first 12 game regular season this year, as they move from a Division II 10 game schedule to a Division I 12 game schedule. Their season will consist of 6 home games and 6 away games, as well as a total of 7 conference games. The argonauts played just 3 conference games last season in the Gulf South Conference.
The Argos will play 5 of their 7 conference games on the road, as they host Austin Peay and Tarleton State in conference. The Argos longest road trips will be Abeline, TX, Richmond, KY, and Conway, AR.
The Argos will play 3 Division II teams, two GSC members in West Alabama and Delta State, and a previously scheduled matchup versus Northeastern State.

The Argos have one last game to schedule to complete their 12-game regular season. There are a few nonconference opponents that also have vacancies on Sep. 12th and Sep. 26th.

West Florida has the option to play Georgetown, Jackson State, or Presbyterian on 9/12 and CCSU, Dayton, Morehead State, SEMO, Stetson, or UAPB on 9/26.
The Argos could theoretically play an 11 game schedule, but intentions to plan a 12th game have been stated.
